How grading your cards at WDTC works
Grading a card at WDTC is deliberately simple: order online, ship your cards, and get them back assessed, sealed and certified. This is the whole process, step by step.
Choose your grading package
Check the rates and order the package that fits the number of cards you want graded. Bundles are cheaper per card. You check out securely online and pay in euros.
Package your cards properly
Put each card in a penny sleeve and a toploader and pack the shipment firmly, so nothing can shift or bend in transit. Our packing guide shows exactly how.
Ship your submission
Ship your cards with tracking, registered and insured for valuable cards. Submissions are welcome from the Netherlands and Belgium; within the EU no customs are involved.
We assess your card
Our graders examine every card under magnification on four aspects: centering, corners, edges and surface. Together these four subgrades determine the final grade on a scale up to 10.
Slab, certificate and return
Your card is sealed in a tamper-evident slab showing the final grade and a unique certificate number, and returned to you safely. Every graded card also gets its own page in our public library, verifiable and shareable online, forever.
Good to know
- Current turnaround depends on volume; feel free to contact us if you want to know what to expect.
- Your free account shows your orders and all your graded cards in one place.
- Every card we grade can be verified by anyone via the certificate number in the library, which makes your slab trustworthy to buyers too.
